It is complex to run this controller?
Yes it is complex for someone never works with ramp and soak controllers. I understand that the start up of the ramp and soak controller is difficult, but when you read the manual few times and get used to programming it you'll see that it works like a charm for you.
According to your first page of manual , you can go through ramp or soak programing with < (A/M key) and also for parameter setting you need to press at the same time < (A/M key) + Set key
 
What I suggest to simplify the start up procedure is to write what you need to be done on a paper like and then according to the manual (part 3.programing) make notes that how each segment can be programmed
 
For example section 3.5, it tells you how to stop the program or 3.6 tells you how to run the program.
 
Please note that you need to go through all details of the manual (especially section 3.programing for ramp and soak part) and program your controller.
 
Also the "programming example1 and 2 "(section 4.1 and 4.2) also following sample program would be very helpful to let you know how to program your controller.
 
also, you need to setup your parameter setting too (in section 1.4 parameter setting), For example, As for the accuracy and the rate part you better adjust the controller on auto tuning (section 1.4.3).or you need to change your P number (default is 120 and for accurate and lower temperatures it needs to change for example to 10)
 
I want to heat up my kiln to 145C in 120 minutes but it takes more than 120 minute to heat up because the output is not 100%, how can I solve the problem?
You need to sure about the capability of your kiln for this matter and then try following steps,
Please try to locate the parameter "RUN " and set it as "18", (run = AX1+BX8=2x1+2x8=18) and set C01=145 C  same as C02, then controller should output 100% and try to heat up to 145 ASAP.Please check following sample program

Step 1.    C01= 145     t01 = 5         heat up to 145
Step 2.    C02= 145   t02 = 120    hold for 2 hours
Step 3.    C03= 145   t03 = 30       heat up to 371
Step 4.    C04= 371   t04 = 120     hold for 2 hours
Step 5.    C05= 371   t05 = 30       heat up to 482
Step 6.    C06= 482   t06 = 120     hold for 2 hours
Step 7.    C07= 482   t07 = 30       heat up to 732
Step 8.    C08= 732   t08 = 240     hold for 4 hours
Step 9.    C09= 732   t09 = 180     decrease heat to 565
Step 10.  C04= 565   t010 = 600   hold for 10 hours
Step 11.  C04= 565   t011 = -121  turn off
 
How can I fix the controller's bracket behind the panel?
The brackets fix in the slots on the sides of controller and you need to screw them (near to end) so, the plastic bracket act like a spring behind the panel.  
 
Can I connect the controller to PC?
We have another model of ramp and soak controller but with RS-485 communication (with SSR output). 
There is communication protocol, which is like an international standard language between machine and machine but you need to provide the proper cable and also software  to connect it to your PC.
