This dual-output controller allows independent or combined regulation of temperature and humidity, making it ideal for various applications. Equipped with a buzzer and flashing alarm, it alerts users when preset limits are exceeded and will turn off outputs for preventing potential damage.

For example, if humidity levels rise in a basement or Attic due to a faulty dehumidifier or water leakage, the controller triggers an alarm, allowing for immediate action. Similarly, if temperature levels exceed a defined range, it provides an alert to maintain safe conditions.

The device also records maximum and minimum temperature and humidity levels, making it easier to adapt settings for seasonal changes or different environments. Users can configure the outputs separately or combine them (parallel or series wiring) for simultaneous control of both humidity and temperature using a single fan or system.
