Shipping:

Shipping would be within the next business day of receiving the clear payment.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order.

The price of the items which have been returned within 30 days and will reach to us in NEW condition (in its original box), will be refunded to the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Buyer's Responsibility:

Please note that we at ThermoMart only sell the parts and equipment and assume that all buyers either have complete knowledge about how to wire/use these parts and they hire a licensed electrician for this purpose.

Buyers need to consider all precautions while they’re using our products and are 100% responsible for their safety.
