Thermocouple Specifications: 

The Kiln Thermocouple includes:

1) A Ceramic Mounting Block.

2) 1m (3.3 ft) wire extension with a Flat Pin (Miniature) connector at the end.

• Its Flat Pin connector can be connected directly to a wide range of Digital Thermometers.
• By removing its Flat Pin, it can also be connected to Temperature Controllers.
• It can measure VERY HIGH temperatures up to 2372 °F.
• This heavy duty 8 gauge comes in 7.5 inch length. 
• The length of this thermocouple is measured by the number of 1 inch long ceramics. 
• Some extra length is added for connections. 

Ceramic Protection tube specification:

• This ceramic sheath with 3.5mm heavy thickness is for protecting the high Temp Kiln Thermocouple to operate in the kiln.
• It prevents the thermocouple element from expose to the reducing gas and extends its life.
• It will also extend the thermocouple's life even for electric heated kiln.
• Another major advantage of these protection tubes is that you can replace your old thermocouples without changing the protection tube.
• The tube can be easily replaced independently from the thermocouples. They are not sealed or cemented together.
