Description
This inexpensive and heavy duty plug and play temperature controller with Ceramic thermocouple, circuit breaker and buzzer and flasher
alarm has a wide range of applications in controlling the temperature of Kilns, ovens, Furnaces & ….(for loading current up to 15Amp) .
Features & Specifications:
· Its heavy duty kiln thermocouple can measure very high temperatures up to 2372 °F (1300 °C).
· To operate, you only need to plug the heater to the socket wire of the controller at the back, drop the sensor into the Kiln, turn on the power of controller and adjust it to your own requirements.
· 15 Amp Maximum current
. Equipped with Buzzer and Flasher alarm for passing high and low temperature alarm or thermocouple failure
· Heavy duty input and output plug and socket wire
· Equipped with circuit breaker switch 15Amp (instead of short life fuse)
· Equipped with 40amp SSR with Heat sink

High Measuring accuracy, ±0.2% or ±1 unit of full input range
Decimal points for all input signals. So, you have 0.1 resolution for your K type thermocouple
Output graphic bar indication (Output1 % percentage value indication)
Celsius or Fahrenheit display selected on user’s discretion. Also equipped with A parameter (like for measuring pressure for pressure transmitter)
