This plug and play PID Programmable Ramp and Soak (60 segments) temperature controller with buzzer and flash Alarm and Ceramic thermocouple, has a wide range of applications in controlling the temperature of Kilns, Ovens, Furnaces, pottery, Glass, Annealing, ....

    (for loading current up to 15 Amp) . This is an inexpensive and heavy duty plug and play controller box.

  

Features & Specifications:

 

·      Its heavy duty kiln thermocouple can measure very high temperatures up to 2372 °F (1300 °C).

·      To operate, you only need to plug the heater to the socket wire of the controller at the back, drop the sensor into the Kiln, turn on the power of controller and adjust it to your own requirements.

·         15 Amp Maximum current

·         Heavy duty input and output plug and socket wire

·         Equipped with circuit breaker switch 15 Amp (instead of short life fuse)

·         Equipped with Buzzer and flash Alarm for passing the temperature range and  thermocouple failure

·         Temperature controller features: 

       - Configurable between Fahrenheit and Celsius

          - 30 Ramps and 30 Soaks and time can configurable between minute and second

          - Equipped with differential gap, decimal point for all input, Auto tuning (with learning stop or start), alarm output configurable

             with 8 different options, system function (heating or cooling),......
