Description

This plug and play temperature controller comes with timer (T1,T2) and high temperature 6" probe. It has a wide range of applications in controlling the temperature of Kilns, Ovens, Furnaces & …. (for loading current up to 15Amp) . This is an inexpensive and heavy duty plug and play controller box. Please consider that if you need to change your sensor to specific one, I can change it for you too.

Please consider this is one set point controller with 2 cycle timer

Features & Specifications:

·      Its heavy duty thermocouple can measure very high temperatures up to 1000 °C (equals to 1800 °F).
·      To operate, you only need to plug the heater to the socket wire of the controller at the back, drop the sensor into the Kiln, turn on the power of controller and adjust it to your own requirements.
·       15 Amp Maximum current
·        Heavy duty input and output plug and socket wire
·        Equipped with circuit breaker switch 15Amp (instead of short life fuse)
·   Equipped with Thermocouple male and female connector for changing thermocouple and also wall mount box ear for easy installing on oven or wall.
·         Equipped with 40amp SSR with Heat sink
·         Equipped with timer 12VDC with 2 timer cycle T1 and T2. Adaptor 12V is included.

Timer Modes:
P1 = 0 (Single delay with no cycle or loop): Only there is one timer T1. Relay stay disconnect (off) when T1 is counting and will become connect (on) once T1 finished counting.
P1 = 1 (Single delay with no cycle or loop): Only there is one timer T1. Relay stay connect (on) when T1 is counting and will become disconnect (off) once T1 finished counting.
P1 = 2 (Dual timer delay T1,T2 with no cycle or loop): Relay stay disconnect (off) when T1 is counting and will become connect (on) once T2 is counting and will be off when T2 finished counting.
P1 = 3 (Dual timer delay T1,T2 with no cycle or loop): Relay stay connect (on) when T1 is counting and will become disconnect (off) once T2 is counting and will be on when T2 finished counting.
P1 = 4 (Dual timer delay T1,T2 with cycle or loop): Relay stay disconnect (off) when T1 is counting and will become connect (on) once T2 is counting and it will repeat this cycle again.
P1 = 5 ((Dual timer delay T1,T2 with cycle or loop): Relay stay connect (on) when T1 is counting and will become disconnect (off) once T2 is counting and it will repeat this cycle again.

For international order, an US power cord is included. User can cut plug and socket wire and change it to the power plug and socket outlet that meets the local standard for the input and output.
For countries that use 220-240VAC power line, the maximum control power of this controller is 15Amp and 3300 Watts.
